Shane Watson is an Australian Cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-handed fast medium bowler. He mainly bats as an opener in international cricket, although he does not do so domestically. Watson’s stint with the Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2008 helped him make an improbable comeback to international cricket. After being sidelined due to injuries, Watson decided to join the Royals and emerged the Player of the Tournament in the first edition of the IPL. Also known as ‘Watto’ he is an attacking batsman with a solid defense.
